Sonnweid

Sonnweid is an institution for people with dementia and Alzheimer's disease. The home, the campus and the foundation all perform their own tasks in this area: caring for people, training staff and supporting  projects. 

The Sonnweid website is simple: There is no hierarchy. Visitors reach each page via a linked tile. These tiles are placed where a forwarding link is thematically valuable for the visitors.
